From arkansas, live and grew up mostly in the 'Nation's Capital' (or DC---sometimes called district of capital, diverse city, divided and conquered, or damage control---since this is our main industry)---where we have alot of concentrated or hierachical power. (Other forms of capital like nature, energy, finance, technology, intellectual, human, social and labor or time may derive from the primary source which is DC. In a sense DC may primarily composed of what R Hausmann of Harvard calls 'dark matter' ---the invisible hand which wields the power)
